What is your return policy? / Can I return my order?
The industry standard for customized products dictates a No Return-No Refund policy. However, if an order is received and it does not match the approved proof due to an error in production please contact us providing the order and product number. If an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order. The order will be reprinted exactly as you had approved the proof. The order details cannot be changed when processing the reprint unless pre-approved. If there is any issue on an order received notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. Later than this no complaint will be entertained. We will do everything we can to create a solution. In no event shall The Gear Group be responsible for consequential damages.
My order was inaccurate, defective or there are missing items, now what?
Please call 866-721-7446. Please include the product number and what is wrong with the product in all correspondence. Do not ship product back until receiving authorization.
